Orders and Tracking

What is the cancellation policy?

If the order has not been dispatched, it can be cancelled and a refund would be processed for the same. An order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by visiting the Orders page and clicking on the cancel option. Please note: you can only cancel your order till it hasn’t been dispatched by us.

How and when would I get a refund for a cancelled order?

If the order has been cancelled before shipping, the refund is processed within 24 hours and the amount is reimbursed to the payment source. Your bank might take 5-7 days to credit the amount to your account.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can visit the order tracking link to know about the status of your order.

WHEN MY ORDER WILL GET SHIPPED?

We get your package shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. You, can also check the shipping status by visiting the order tracking link.

WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE?

In Metro cities and Tier, I cities the order will get delivered within 4 days from dispatch and for rest of INDIA it will take 5-7 days

Return, Exchange and Refund

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS FOR MY RETURNED ORDER?

How do I return items I have ordered?

You can login to your account and click the ORDER tab. Under the order tab you will find the return option.

 

How do I exchange items I have ordered?

You can login to your account and click the order tab. Under the order tab you will find the exchange option. Please note that exchange is available only for size and colour for the same product which you have already ordered.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once you have placed the return request, the reverse pickup will be done within 2-3 days. It takes a maximum of 5 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which the product undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 24 hours. Once the refund is processed, your bank might take 5-7 days to credit the amount to your account.

 

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS?

Write to us at customercare@maybon.co.in for refund for your COD Orders.

 

I HAVE REQUESTED an EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

For return / exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request for exchange is placed. It takes another 5 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the replacement is dispatched, which will take a maximum of 4 working days to reach if you are located in a metro city and maximum of 6 days for rest of India locations.
